Emil Radke był złotnikiem warszawskim, działającym od lat 30. XIX wieku do około 1867 roku. W swoich wyrobach stosował formy późnego klasycyzmu i dekorację empirową, ale bliska mu była również stylistyka neobarokowa. Na tle sreber innych warszawskich pracowni przedmioty Radkego wyróżniały się niezwykłą dekoracyjnością, słynęły również z bardzo wysokiego poziomu wykonania.
