SUBMIT YOUR ITEM FOR SALE

You do not pay anything for the preliminary estimate of your item, what's more - you do not even have to leave the house to get it. Contact our Admission Office and tell us about the item you want to sell. We need basic data and photos of your item. After the preliminary estimate, we will ask you to bring the item to us. If necessary, we will help in organizing transport.

• Submitting your item

Submit your item for sale using the following options:

• fill out the application form for the valuation of the item via our website and send it to us
• send photos and information about your item to the following address:  [email protected]
• visit us in person and bring your item to the Customer Service Office, the office is open from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 11:00 to 16:00

• Valuation

Your item will be professionally valuated. Determining the value is possible only after we examine the item in person. Therefore, please bring the item to our headquarters. Valuation is free of charge as part of the sales process.

• Professional valuation

During the Evaluation Commission, the group of our experts carefully checks and confirms the authenticity of the work and determines its market value. If your item is damaged or incomplete, we will advise you on the conservation and possible framing of the painting so that it can reach the best price.

• Insurance and deposit

After your item is qualified for sale through Desa Home, it remains securely stored and insured for the amount specified in the deposit document. Thanks to this, we guarantee full protection of your item prior to its sale.

• Signing the contract

Once we verify the valuation process and agree with you on the terms of sale, we draw up the Commission Contract. Next, we invite you to sign it in our office, we may also send it by traditional post or e-mail. After signing the commission contract, the item is ready to be put up for sale on Desa Home website.

• Putting up the item for sale

The item commissioned for sale will be presented and described in detail on Desa Home website.

• Payment

Payment for the property sold is made by bank transfer within 28 days from the date of sale, provided that the buyer has fully paid for the item. Payment is made to the given account unless another payment method was agreed. Payment is made in PLN. If payment in a different currency is required, the costs of purchasing and paying in that currency will be covered by the customer. We will inform you by e-mail when the payment is sent.
