Delivery Methods

Rea Art Logistics, a company with many years of experience in the field of logistics and transportation of artworks, is responsible for the logistics of the store. We deliver our items through reliable courier companies and trusted subcontractors. You pay for the transport when paying for the order. Our items are individually packed and shipped in order to ensure their safety. We will send you a notification by email upon the start of delivery.

Most of the items are shipped within 48 hours from the date on which the payment has been credited to our account, the maximum processing time for handing the delivery over to the courier is 5 working days. The time of delivery in Poland is usually 2 working days. After sending the package, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, which allows you to track the package online.

In special cases, the item is captioned “Ask for Individual Transport Estimate”. Unspecified shipping costs result from the specific character of the item. For security reasons, the purchased items are delivered by Rea Art Logistics’ specialized fleet. Give us your zip code and we will provide you with the best transportation offer.

It is possible to collect your item in person at Piękna 1A in Warsaw - please select the "Personal Collection" option when placing your order. We will notify you when you can pick up the item in a separate e-mail. The estimated time of preparing an item for collection is 1 -3 working days. Please show us a document proving your identity when collecting the purchased items. Only the buyer or a person authorized in writing can collect the items. Personal collection is free of charge.
